Step 1: On-site inspection
When you contact us, we will ask you some questions about your staircase that will help us understand exactly what you need and how we can help you. We can usually provide you with a surveyor within a few days. Our product expert will look at your staircase with you and get a good understanding of your specific needs. Our product expert will describe and present our solution for your specific needs.
Next, he will measure and photograph your staircase and then check whether any special installation accessories are required, for example to extend the handrails at the top and bottom of the staircase. Our surveyor will then have all the necessary information to provide you with a quote for the TOPRO Step. They can also give you our estimated time for delivery of the TOPRO Step to your home.
Only by assessing the staircase on site and understanding your specific needs can we find the best solution for you and ensure that we meet your requirements. We want to make it clear that under no circumstances will we force you into a solution that is not suitable for you. Our job is to understand your situation and propose a good solution that meets those requirements.
Step 2: Offer
The TOPRO Step stair climber is a 100% modular product. In short, this means that we use a range of standard parts that can be adapted to all types of stairs (except spiral staircases). This gives you as a customer several advantages:

Step 3: Installation
A TOPRO Step installation usually takes a few hours and is normally carried out by one person. Because we mount on the wall instead of the steps, the system takes up very little space and also functions as a normal high-quality stainless steel handrail for those in the household who do not need the additional support of the TOPRO Step handle.
Once we have completed the installation, we will show you how to use TOPRO Step and stay with you until you are 100% confident in its use.
